I rarely Write about such matters but I must compliment all of the officers and staff of Master Auto Body on a job well done on my Lexus 300 last week
The accident that occasioned the damage was when I had been stopped, dropping off some grandchildren at a Boynton Charter School when a nice lady behind me misjudged the situation and bumped hard into my back bumper. Her fault was clear and her insurance was Allstate. Allstate was quick to respond and nice to deal with.
Of the suggestions made by Allstate I selected your garage and when I drove there I was rewarded with contacts with the thoroughly professional set of Master Auto Body's personnel including of course the ladies who also assisted.
Having the Enterprise rep right in the office there to arrange my loaner was a welcome convenience as well.
The repair job is superb. Danny Lustman made sure I liked it. Scheduling was on the mark, and all my contacts were a pleasure.
I certainly appreciated that kind of efficiency and good work.

Dear Michael,
After 50 years of driving, I finally have my first accident and that with my 2010 Ford Fusion. Well, the car acted as it was designed to, and deployed airbags, crumble zones crumbled to a absorb the impact, and fortunately the only thing hurt was my pride.
I have the fortune of knowing Danny Lustman one of your adjusters, and called him at 7:30pm. He sprung into action, help me get my car towed to you, and continued with weekly calls and follow ups, until I picked up my beautiful repaired car. He is to be congratulated on making an unpleasant situation, a pleasant experience!!
